I am from Peru, and I’ve been baking since I was 9 years old. By 11, I had my first customers—my neighbors. I came to Toronto two years ago with my family. My husband was studying and i was at home with my two kids. My kids loved helping out, and, of course, tasting everything I made, while I experimented with new recipes.
What started as Cookiz Bakery has evolved into Doughscape, a brand that reflects my passion, love for baking, and the joy I share with every creation. Doughscape is more than a name—it’s a piece of my heart in every bite.
